Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. 

This Web Site and all Content available on this Web Site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You acknowledge, by your use of this Web Site, that your use of this Web Site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this Web Site, shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this Web Site.

The prices displayed on our Web Site or in our catalog are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Gifts are wrapped in our eco friendly boxes, tied with a tulle ribbon complimentary. Some larger items, and items sent directly from our vendors, cannot be gift wrapped. Gift messages can be included on the packing slip of any order at no extra charge.

If you provide your email address during order processing, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours of placement.

At Who's Kickin' LLC, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final-sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Shipping and processing charges are based on the merchandise total for each delivery address. Because furniture, strollers, cribs, etc are bulky, heavy and may have limited availability, these items have a surcharge; this charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price. We charge sales tax for items delivered in Florida.
